It's not just the GWA. Other organizations are doing the same thing My partner is a tax attorney and preparer, must take certain required courses. Lately she is required to print out herself what used to be handed out, material that is sometimes several hundred pages long. To me it's obviously a case of transferring the printing and shipping costs to the recipient. Strangely, the cost of the courses never goes down
