High resolution USDA hardiness zone map

I know this has been discussed in the past but I can't seem to find the answer…. so excuse me for asking again, but does anyone know of a high resolution USDA hardiness zone map OTHER THAN the Tif that the Arbor Day Foundation has available to download?  Their map doesn't have the detail I need.  

I'm looking for a high resolution map that will allow me to show the zones in the west, particularly in California, in a powerpoint presentation.
