Just to let you know that there is a post available for editor of the 
International Waterlily and Water Gardening Society (IWGS) quarterly 
journal. If anyone on the list is interested, details follow below.

Water Garden Journal Editor 

This position is remote and requires that the editor have their own 
computer and software to perform all necessary tasks. The IWGS will 
consider providing design software for the editor, if needed.

Job Description
Editor´s responsibilities are to design the layout and collect 
articles for the quarterly Water Garden Journal. Editor will 
communicate with members from around the world to solicit content. 
Editor is responsible for securing content from multiple authors and 
at times, will need to provide content assignments. Editor will proof 
articles for spelling and grammar in the entire newsletter, 
coordinating with the Journal committee for accuracy of article 
content. Editor needs to communicate with the printer for delivery of 
the newsletter each quarter. Editor needs to coordinate mailing 
labels through Executive Assistant. Design of newsletter must be 
consistent with International Waterlily and Water Gardening Society 
logo and website.

Qualifications
·	Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
·	Detail oriented.
·	Knowledge of water garden industry.
·	Ability to work both independently and with a Journal committee.
·	Proficient with email, Microsoft Word and design software such as 
Publisher or InDesign.
·	Ability to use photo editing software such as Photoshop or other.
·	Creative and critical thinking skills for development of newsletter 
content.
