You don't have enough information. Net receipts after what?  There are
minimal costs to producing an electronic book from a book that already
exists, unless they are completely reformatting, etc. What else are they
subtracting out from the gross? Promotion costs, sales costs? Are you
assigning all rights? Have all rights already reverted to you?

An offer is a starting point to a negotiation. If you aren't comfortable
doing it yourself, get professional help (GWA has an attorney who reviews
