soil moisture stik for houseplants

I recall having received a soil moisture tester as a sample and can't find
it today. Anyone out there who can direct me to the (inexpensive) houseplant
soil moisture tester product? I thought it was a "cousin" to the Sun Calc.
I'm writing an article on houseplants today!
