Do Plants "Think"?

Fellow Plantophiles, If you can get hold of it, the Dec 23/30 New Yorker (Pope Francis making a snow angel on cover) has a fascinating Michael Pollan article on cutting-edge research and arguments on the old topic, "Do Plants Think and Have Feelings?" I mean, where else will you learn about the "wood-wide web," be accused of having an "cerebrocentric" attitude about intelligence, or read the delightful line, "They can eat light, isn't that enough?"
