My New Year's Resolution is really fine tuning the garden to be more purposeful and eating a plant based diet. This year, I would like to focus on creating a Heart Healthy Garden, but when you think about it, any veggie/fruit that I grow should be good for the heart as well as the body (let me know if you know of any research on this). I am going to plant and eat more fruits and veggies, venture into the cole crops and the winter squashes but am also looking forward to reading Helen's berry book, would like to grow more berries/brambles! Of course, what I grow, I write about on my website at http://www.pegplant.com

As of TODAY, I finished the final touches of my Forever Garden. I hope to turn this in to my next book.
Wishing all a very prosperous new year.
