Re: contract/agreement

Hello all,

As a few of you already know, Seeds of Change is working on a new website
for next season and we have contacted a few garden writers who specialize in
organic techniques. Our commercial folks have come up with a
contract/agreement that seems a little unwieldy in light of the work being
contracted. I was wondering if anyone has or knows of  a concise document
that covers the rights of writer and publisher for this sort of one-time web
usage.
