Actually, you'd only get information pertinent to the National Arboretum. Because of geographic variations (i.e., coastline in the Tidewater to the east, rolling hills in the Piedmont, and mountains in the West) conditions elsewhere throughout the region vary considerably from those in DC where the Arboretum is located.
