Hi Nancy,

   Unfortunately, I have a day job with the state, so I can't make any
   personal calls for business purposes during regular business hours.
   Email is the only form of communication available to me during business
   hours, and then only during personal time such as lunch or breaks.  :(

   I did send Dale an email last week as well, but didn't try calling
   because of the aforementioned situation.  Maybe I can run home during
   lunch again to see if I can reach someone, but usually I end up 
   going to voicemail which doesn't do me any good.

   I have no problems not doing business with companies that don't do
   email, but they need to be up front about it.

   I'll keep trying.
