Hi.... That artist was Simple -- that's his whole legal name,  though he is 
often called Simple, The Garden Artist -- and  he is wonderfully creative in 
many areas. I can give you his business contact  information if you need it. 

The lights are from his "neon period," which is ongoing, but he is now  
moving into a "grass sculpture" period. He is teaching workshops on this now (or  
hoping to) at public gardens and arboreta, garden clubs, schools -- any  
horticulture-related group. I just found out about this new venture at the Woody  
Plant Conference in Philadelphia a couple of weeks ago -- Simple was there, and  
gave me some printed brochures about it.

Simple also works on a lot of events for Conard-Pyle nurseries, including  
the "Fashion in Bloom" events of the past few years.
