onlin egwa voting

So I have a dilemma here. Officially I am in region 4 (GA) and was  there 
last Monday, when the ballots went out, but will be in region 3  (Ohio) when 
the ballot time finishes (we close on the house tomorrow and I am  currently 
in Ohio (Finally!). As the vote is for who we want to represent us in  the 
future for our district, I should be voting for region 3, but I am obviously 
 only registered for region 4. Is it possible to override the online voting 
to  reflect where I am now?
