Pesticide Use


Poison Ivy is my nemesis this week and I can't take mess with it. So I  
use Bonide's Stump Out and Vine Killer. It is a high concentrate of  
Triclopyr - 8.8 percent. It comes is a small bottle with a built in  
dobber - think shoe polish. You carefully paint it on six inches of  
the stem and in a few day the stuff is deader than door nail and there  
is very little negative impact on the surrounding area or its  
inhabitants. In a case like this I think using the big gun according  
to package directions  is appropriate.  See below for Bonide website
