Carlo,  Congratulations!  You will have some contact with Kim Tripp.  She is 
an example to us all.  NYBG is gaining in every way with superb people and 
you will realize, very generous donors.  After you have settled into your new 
position, perhaps you will consider writing about some of the plants you are 
growing.  First hand info is very valuable even when limited to a few efforts 
in one place.
