Vermont gardens

I'm going to be teaching a class on garden photography in south central 
Vermont, specifically in Ludlow, which is about 45 minutes south of 
Rutland and 45 minutes northeast of Manchester. I'm looking for a few 
(two would be fine) good gardens to photograph in. Any suggestions? 
Anyone know any gardeners in the area? We'll only be three or four 
people, and we'll be very nice, even do some deadheading!

I have found some in Manchester, but I'd like to get closer to Ludlow if
