GWL Meeting at GWAA Symposium

The GWAA symposium is about 6 weeks away, and it's time to make plans for
our annual meeting there.  Friday, Aug. 2 is the first official day of the
symposium and the least busy.  There is a Newcomers Meeting at 2:30 p.m. and
the opening of the first day of Exhibits at 3:30 p.m.  The Exhibits are open
until 8:30 p.m., with a reception at 6 p.m., I believe.  With all this in
mind, I've slated our get together for:

Friday, Aug. 2, 3 p.m. at the Quiet Bar, located in the lobby level of the
hotel.

The bar opens at 3 p.m.  We had about 25 of our numbers attend last year in
Orlando, and it was great to put faces to names, etc.  Hope you will
consider dropping by the Quiet Bar some time between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

If you would let me know OFFLIST, if you plan to attend, I'd appreciate it.
I have to arrange for tables, chairs and munchies.  So I need an approximate
