Title: Re: [GWL] new topic - library filtering software People:
I hesitate to say much on the list any more as it seems like every time I do everyone stops contributing for a while for fear of getting their wrists slapped, but this topic is headed WAY off topic and has too much potential for an overheated discussion. Please, can we try something else?
In the vein of library useage, do many people on the list find that university libraries are superior or inferior to public libraries as a source of information? It always seemed to me that public libraries had the general material, but not much else, while university libraries were the place if you wanted tons of minute detail and esoteric research papers, but were short on overviews of a subject.
