OFA runs free shuttle buses constantly between the following hotels and the convention center:
Westin Great Southern
DoubleTree
Courtyard Downtown
Adams Mark
Hyatt on Capitol Square
Holiday Inn City Center
If you're not in one of those, there are also free parking shuttles to outlying lots. 
If someone needs a lift from PA, I'm driving out. Not sure of my schedule yet, as I'll just be getting home from the PPA symposium in NYC on Friday; but I'll probably drive out on Saturday 7/11, home on Wed. 7/13.
