Here's another one who got it right: Clint Eastwood in The Bridges of Madison County. Meryl Streep had an old fashioned rope hoya in her kitchen; it was perfect!
On the other hand, my first career was in show biz which gave me lots of opportunities to find mistakes. E.g. the pothos on the latticework in the stage version of The Secret Garden. Hmm...a tropical growing outdoors in Yorkshire, England...I don't think so.
