A very short response from OFA to my inquiry.  It does include the statement
that "no personal data or credit card numbers are stored on the OFA web
site. It's just an information site, not a data collecting site."

PS.  I found this as I was looking for domain hijacking exploits.  For those
of you who own domain names, there was a change in policy by the
organization that sets rules for these things some time ago.  Basically, if
someone wants to buy your domain they can register for it.  A notification
is sent to you but if you don't respond in 5 days, they can transfer your
domain.  (this is an oversimplification; google on "hijacked domain names"
if you want a better description.)  It gets more complicated because
approval e-mails can be "spoofed".  You can prevent this by locking your
domain name registration with your domain registrar.  Some registrars are
doing this lock by default, I read, but when I checked, none of the 5
domains that I maintain were locked with my registrar.  They are now!
