GWA Region V Meeting Newspaper Article

This is an article about the GWA Region V meeting yesterday.  One of the 
gardens visited (Rotary Gardens in Janesville, WI) was heavily vandalized 
three nights before GWA visited.  Master gardeners and volunteers did a 
Herculean job of restoring order and cleaning up the mess.  Gardeners are 
great!
