Thought I'd wait until after the July 4 holiday to announce the gathering. 
With the new schedule (a dinner on Friday night), the usual Friday at 5 p.m. 
probably won't work for many.  Jeff Ball and I discussed this at the Region 
V meeting last Friday and thought about holding it at 5 p.m. on Saturday, 
since that night is dinner on your own.  What do you think?  Would you like 
to organize it?  You did a great job when it was held on Long Island.  BTW, 
if you do it, don't hesitate to ask for donations.  Last year in Vancouver, 
I got enough from a couple of people, including a corporate sponsor, to 
cover all the appetitzers.
