Of course. What was I thinking.

At the end of the bridge entering our town is a small, a very small park, 
maybe 20 by 30 feet. There is a walkway crossing it diagonally, which is 
where people always walked anyway, a couple of benches, and a mess o' Setlla 
and Bonita roses. It is not ugly exactly, but it is certainly uninspired. 
The cost? A hundred fifty thousand dollars. Grant money, of course.
