It did NOT come from the GWL listserv, as I take extraordinary care to make 
sure spammers don't join the list.  At one point, a foreign hacker did 
highjack the list administrator's email address and sent spam from that 
address.  As soon as the first bounced spams were found, we changed the 
email address and took it to another server.  This precaution was to insure 
that GWL list members do NOT receive spam.
