Re: How to refer to trademarked plant names?

I guess it would depend on the type of book - if it is for consumers - I
feel that they would really only know it by the registered name, but it
doesn't hurt to double-post. If it is a publication that is used by industry
professionals or horticultural study, I would double-post.

I am referring only to Proven Winners® introductions - Endless Summer® was
only a reference in my previous email - I can't speak on behalf of their
company.

Out of curiosity, I just googled 'Balimer' Hydrangea and then Endless®
Summer Hydrangea, under 'Balimer' - you find a bunch of nursery websites and
under Endless® Summer pops up a bunch of consumer-oriented sites
(mail-order, blogs, forums, etc).
