I have really enjoyed the recent lively discussions on what roses and other plants have -- or haven't -- done well for various people. BUT they would have been much more helpful for me as a communicator if I knew where the writers were located.
Is the person who gets blackspot on Knockout near the ocean, in the humid Deep South, in California? Ditto, those who don't.
I realize that we aren't a large group and I feel as though I *ought* to know where various people live -- but I find that I don't always. Besides, people move, and sometimes they garden in two different parts of the country.
So, it would be very helpful, I think, if in plant discussions we would mention our location in the post or in the signature at the end.
Thanks so much!
