Yes, but it is expensive, about three thousand a month -- a 700 square foot 
apartment in Manhattan.

I have several New Jersey gardener stories about a family that moved up here 
to live the simple life, things like planting frozen peas, harvesting 
potatoes with a rototiller, mulching their garlic with an inch o 5-10-5. 
They endured almost two years of the simple life before moving back to New 
Jersey.
