Rose Rosette

I have an outbreak of Rose Rosette virus, which is terminal and according to all I've read there is nothing that can be done to prevent it. It started in a wild rose bush (rosa multiflora) The sucker is 6 feet by 6 feet so it's taking a huge effort to cut and dig it.
I am on my own right now. Living in the middle of woods, I am not comfortable burning it :-(  To date I have only lost one rose - a David Austin, that was beginning it's 5th year and seemed to be in good condition last fall. I immediately dug and bagged it. 

It is spread by almost microscopic mites that fly about on the winds and I am told all of my roses are at risk.  In spite of  reading research that says spraying for the mites is not effective.  I did just that using OMRI listed AzaMax. The folks at Rosemania said this product does not work and recommended Avid or Cygon. Not in my garden.

Having attended an indoor gardening trade show last weekend ( medical marijuana is legal here in Michigan)  I am currently treating my 20 some rose bush with New Millennium Nutrients and Additives at half the recommended rate used in hydroponics. I was given a sample box of their goodies.  My hope is to build up their immune systems to fight off the virus.  
(BTW  Jeff Lowenfeld's Alaskan Humus is in one of the potions. ) I will also treat the plants with Magic  Dust - a combination of
biologicals and additives that is making noise with MJ growers that have tested it. It's not quite on the market yet.
To my knowledge no one has tried this tack or at least written about it. 
My question is have any of you had experience with Rose Rosette and if so did it take out all your rose? Do you have any advice?
