I have never had a reblooming allium.
Nor have I, and I grow at least a dozen different varieties. Further I would
think that since they are bulbs with a very specific cycle it would be
improbably if not impossible.
Having said that, let me disagree with myself. (My first instinct is to
disagree.) Though I have never tried it, I wonder if chives and garlic
chives, since they are uncharacteristically leafy, might rebloom if cut back
after the first flush.
