First of all, I also want to thank Lon and Doreen - this list is growing
tres interessant (please, don't anyone critique my missing accent over the
"e" - my email program doesn't do French :) 

We have a dentist in Vancouver called Dr. Pain; we have a clinical
psychologist up the street called Dr. U. Wild. And how about two "Rolfers"
around the Pacific Northwest - Phyllis Stickle and Kermit Stick.
