What wire service did you work for?
World News Service, which was McGraw-Hill's in-house business wire in the 60s and 70s.
People don't realize it, but McGraw Hill was once the largest magazine publisher in the country, with something like 45 business, industrial, and trade titles. For most of them, subscribing to World News Service made a lot more sense than maintaining correspondents all over the world.
