The containers of ALL registered pesticides list ALL active ingredients by
generic name and usually chemical nomenclature (get a textbook to learn that,
it's easy). Every state registers pesticides for that state only, so
sometimes a product is not legal in the neighboring state from where you
live. I suspect every state has their pesticide laws online and you can
become informed about all the rules in your state or any other. Pesticide
use and the practice of medicine are parts of the laws where science and
human morality come close to each other.
When one is talking about pesticides "A little knowledge marks one as
ignorable".
