RHS 2001-2 Plant Finder in the UK has three stockists listed for Chanticleer, 
none for Cindy. Oxalis 'Aureoreticulata' is listed under the species names O. 
articulata (syn. floribunda), and O. debilis, with one stockist each. 

The plantfinder can be accessed on line at the RHS website
http://www.rhs.org.uk/rhsplantfinder/plantfinder.asp
and is a useful tool for checking the most up to date naming of plants and 
their availability in the UK.
