moderation

   Just so you will know, the new software at ibiblio allows the list
administrators to set single subscriptions to "moderate" so that any
postings from that member has to be cleared by the administrator before it
can be posted. 
   If you want to keep from having your letters moderated, follow the rules
on the "noise to information" letter I have posted.  Further, PLEASE take
time to cut the excess material off your letters - we really don't need a
massive re-hash of the same material with each reply.

   And to show you that I'm serious about this, I HAVE started using the new
software to individually moderate letters from members who have posted
letters that should have been kept off list.
