What was the audience that it was trying ot attract?
I assumed that they were really putting out the magazine to help people have success with the plants they buy from WFF. Very basic things that new customers need to know do thety don't blame the compnay for failures that were their fault for not knowing that some plants don't grow in shade, etc. A fancy version of the "Grow Guide" some companies include with the plant orders, and meant to be basic. It wouldn't appeal to us - but there are plenty of would-be and new gardeners out there who can't tell the difference between an annual and a perennial.
