Re: web site accuracy


True enough about checking multiple sources. I do check, obviously--that's how I have found errors. However, I think the proportion of errors is much higher than it is in books. It doesn't bother me very much personally because I am quite capable of double-checking information, but it does bother me professionally. It's too bad when people get poor information.

The Internet is like all references, you need to check multiple sources to ensure a reference is accurate, and widely accepted.
