Re: FW: Gardenwriters upload disabled

Title: Re: [GWL] FW: Gardenwriters upload disabled
First, this discussion list, the GWL, is NOT going away.  I was talking about the websites that were set up as companions for this list.

We haven't lost anything yet.  The website I was considering pulling is the Wiki board, which hasn't been used since it was set up.  The GWL website at  http://www.ibiblio.org/gardenwriters isn't necessarily going to be pulled, but it's not a lot of use as it is right now.  We were supposed to have someone to design it and keep adding things, but it is totally stagnant.  Little by little the material on it is going out of date and becoming less and less useful.  We NEED a webmaster, but since it's a non-paying position, other than being useful for advertising the webmaster's work, the position looks to be remaining open.
If someone wants to work with it, fine.  But I see no point in keeping it the way it is now.   And as I say, the WIKI sure isn't doing a thing, since no one posts to it.

Be advised that whatever happens to the websites, THIS list will keep going.

I'm not sure I completely understand.  Does this mean we loose the GWL board?  That would be very sad as it offers so much more than anything the GWA seems to offer.  Please tell me it ain't so?
