No, it's not your browser.  Technical computerese here:  they resolve to
the same IP addresses.  Although the name is owned by a company in TX,
the administrative contact is someone with an address at Burpee.  There
is a telephone number for the technical contact if you wanted to pursue
it.

Rather than post all of the info here let me tell you how to find it.
Go to the URL:  http://www.networksolutions.com/en_US/whois/index.jhtml
(I found it by googling on "whois")

Enter the domain name (garden.com) It will ask you to do a confirmation
step to make sure that you are a real person and not a program that a
spammer wrote to harvest domains, and you will get a lot of information.
