Love it or hate it, Power Point is here to stay. Yes, power corrupts  and 
Power Point corrupts absolutely -- if you let it. But many venues already  insist 
on digital presentations only and more will follow suit in the near  future. 
If your audience is local garden societies, you can probably get away  with 
carousels for a few more years; otherwise, if you haven't converted your  35mm 
slides to digital, the time to start is 1999.
