Hi Nancy,
I find that if I have the internet up and running, I can paste the major 
part of the link, i.e.
http://www.rhs.org.uk/Learning/research and then navigate through the site 
to the desired page by just flipping back to the original e-mail for the 
path.
Otherwise you get notices suggesting the site might have moved, can't be 
found etc.
