We all have to stay vigilant and watch out for each other.  Case in point. 
Two years ago, a fellow GWA member told me that Amazon.com was selling 
downloads of my articles that had appeared in Mother Earth News, Old 
Farmer's Almanac and the Saturday Evening Post!  Upon investigation, I found 
they were charging an incredible $7.95 per download of 14 of my articles!!!

I sent them a cease and desist email with the firm promise of legal action 
if they didn't take down my articles.  Within minutes, they did.  And, I 
went on to collect royalties for the downloads they had already sold.  It 
wasn't much--we haggled and I could only get 5 percent.

Garden Writers stick together, and I'm glad to be amongst a caring and 
honest group.
