Re: Deliberate Deceit

What about writing a book for someone and having "with TC Conner" on  
the cover? That seems fairly common and don't people understand that  
you actually wrote the book? For example, I just went to my bookshelf  
and pulled out "Bold Romantic Gardens" which has" Wolfgang Oehme,  
James van Sweden with Susan Rademacher Frey" on the cover. Would you  
have refused this job?
