Timber will let your farm out your indexing job....but it will cost  
you 900 to 1500 dollars for a 200 page book and I don't think it is  
worth it nor would someone else have the understanding of how to  
organize the index. It really isn't hard, but it would be nice if  
publishers let you use your computer to do it instead of the final  
proof....or if they would send you THAT program so you could use  
"Find" and "Find All" in your word processing program.....

all writing about the program. It is sorely needed these days and  
things are going to get worse.
