Garden writers listserves' purpose is to discuss matters pertaining to 
garden "writing;" which has become an outdated word unless we semantically 
morph it into "communication".

Computer topics associated with "writing" are important to this forum. If 
this is what you expert folks are talking about then I want/need to read it. 
If I don't understand you but want to "write" in the new medium, then you 
boffins have given me an invaluable heads up about something I must learn. 
I will follow in your entrepreneurial and intrepid footprints, thanking you 
for the newest incarnation of the wet clay tablet.
