If you're talking about the list stripping attachments, that can be changed
to allow attached or inline images
to be posted along with message text. Its a matter of setting upper limit
of message total file size. For my other lists
I have it set at six megabytes. For subscribers on dialup that would be a
problem but few are these days so
setting the limit much lower for them is not really needed. Eight megs  or
ten is probably more useful but incrementing
that limit according to subscriber consensus is the plan I follow. If your
ISP provides you with 3 mb/s access you'll know
how long it takes to download list messages with 6 megs of pictures.

I can make this change if needed. Let me know what you want the message
total file size limit to be; 3,4,5,6...megs.
