It would seem that if you own the original copyright you would have two avenues to travel. You can write to the offending party putting them on notice that they have violate your copyright and thus, federal law and see what happens or you can hire an attorney to file suit. It would be my inclination to file suit since the violation seems to be blatant and I'd never want to let them get away with it. Others may take a softer, gentler approach...which I think in the long run would be detrimental to other writers. The big question may be how to finance a legal battle and I don't know if attorneys take Federal cases like this on a percentage basis. You should at least be able to get a free legal opinion and if you are a GWAA member you may be able to get it through their legal services.
