Hi Bruce,

There was a (hard-to-find) link under the blog entry:

I found the TerraCycle pages to be pretty inflammatory and <gasp> biased,
so I find myself reluctant to support them.  After viewing the products
I do believe that the Scotts charges are litigious and without merit,
but this Web site makes it hard to take TerraCycle seriously.

However, I did find the quote from Jim Hagedorn, the Scotts CEO, to be 
amusing:

   "I would say, "Hagedorn is pretty focused. If he locks onto a target,
   he does not let it go easily." I have learned, and I've tried to teach
   it to my kids, that most people just don't want to fight. If people
   don't want to fight, and you want something bad enough, they'll let
   you have it. Without even fighting you."
