Doug, et al,

This is an issue I've been thinking about a lot (as a purveryor of
content...). I'm not finished yet, but can already recommend Lawrence
Lessig's, "Free Culture: The Nature and Future of Creativity". Lessig
is a law professor with something of an agenda and examines the
tete-a-tete between media and new technology, copyright(s) and the web.
Check it out.
