Farming is the one I remember from way back when. I've noticed over my  
lifetime inflation taking hold on my favourite farming unattributed  
quote - that the definition of farming is "standing under a cold  
shower tearing up - and then inflation takes hold - I can remember  
when it was pound notes, now it is fifty pound notes.
