I know that's not the quote I saw in the magazine, but it is a similar
sentiment, and the book is charming. I am going to add the quote to my
quotation database. I want to say the quote I am thinking of came from
Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain), but I can't be sure. At any rate it was
instructive to me to see how a minor change in keyword search produced
different results. I had tried ...farming OR gardening "socially acceptable"
gambling... and didn't get the hit you did.
